Nanche Bazar ( 3470m ) acclimatization hike, route 5 km and 4 hours, upwards 330m, downwards 330m 6.Day 26.10. Nanche Bazar ( 3470m ) –> Tengboche ( 3860m ), route 10 km and 7 hours, upwards 920m, downwards 530m 7.Day 27.10. Tengboche ( 3860m ) –> Dingboche ( 4410m ), route 12 km and 5 hours, upwards 930m, downwards 380m 8.Day 28.10.
